I get it, change can be difficult.

There will never be a perfect time to start making changes in your life. There will always be a million excuses as to why now is not a good time to start making positive changes.

So what is the solution?

Continue to go through life feeling stuck and unhappy?  To just keep wishing that things could be better?  To just keep pretending that one day the perfect time will come….it’s just not today?

The truth is, things won’t get easier or better from here. They will only get better if you make the commitment and take action, now!

The longer you wait, the harder it will become. The longer you stay in place, the more stuck you will become. That is the very reason why you are struggling right now. It is the reason why you believe that you are incapable of change in this moment.

But today I want to challenge you to overcome these limiting beliefs. Not because the obstacles you are facing at work, home, or in the other areas of your life are insignificant, but because making the change now is the key to having you overcome them and living the life you want.

My Story

Like many people I bounced around a lot when I was younger and moved from job to job.  This wasn’t due to a lack in performance though, I excelled and was recognized for my efforts through awards, bonuses and/or promotions, in almost every position that I have held.  It was always because I would end up with the feeling that I wasn’t doing what I was meant to do, which would leave me feeling stuck and unhappy.  The mistake that I made was that I wasn’t listening to myself about what makes me happy, and I was listening too much to other people and about what made them happy.  I began to develop a lot of self-doubt and a lack of self-confidence and basically stopped thinking for myself.  I ended up graduating from a university program for an industry I did not want to go into, and being in a couple of long-term positions that I did not fully enjoy.  I was just left with feelings that I’ve wasted a lot of my time and money and now I am stuck which led me down the wrong emotional path and began to affect the other areas of my life like my relationships.


The thing that changed my perspective on everything was first getting involved in fitness. As I began to see results, I started to notice other changes. I was feeling happier and more confident which helped me to the realize that I wasn’t stuck and that I can change things.  I realized that if I can change and improve my physical abilities, I could also do the same with my mindset.  After a lot of self-discovery and making positive changes, I am finally doing something which I love and I feel like I am living up to my true potential.  I am here to help you do the same.  To help you make the positive changes in your life so that you can live up to your potential and genuinely feel happy with where you are at.



I have been successful in a number of roles over the years, including;

  • Marketing and Sales Associate

  • Volunteer

  • Non-Profit Charity Board Member


Whilst these roles may differ from each other, the one common factor is that they required me to use my skills, to help bring out the best in others around me.  Whether that is by leading a team, coaching athletes, or running successful businesses, the goal has always been to help others to excel and achieve peak performance.
